| Is it possible to receive a sample? |
| Pre-production samples are available at an additional charge, however, blank samples can be provided to you. We also provide an e-mail reference design for approval before printing. |
| Can I see one of your graphic catalogs? |
| Unfortunately we are unable to produce a standard graphics catalog. Samples of our designs are displayed here on our website. Your sales representative will gladly provide additional product information and custom design options to meet your specific needs. |
| What is the standard turn around time on your products? |
| Turn around time varies from product to product. Typically, screenprinted and embroidery items take 10 days from the time you approve that art. Other promotional items usually take 3-4 weeks. Rush service is also available on most items. |
| I need a product quicker than the time frame that is indicated. Is it possible to get products faster? |
| The production times that are listed are preferred, we will do our best to accommodate all rush requests. Your sales representative can confirm how quickly a specific item can be produced, and once we provide a rush production schedule, we promise delivery on or before that date. Keep in mind that we only provide free shipping for packages that are shipped UPS ground. |
| Are there order minimums? |
| Yes, however minimums will vary by product category and manufacturer. Your sales representative can provide you with this information and assist you in choosing the appropriate quantity to fit your project needs and budget. |

| Can I submit my own design or idea? |
| Absolutely, we have talented, award winning designers that will work with you through every step of the proofing process to ensure that your products are exactly how you want them. |
| I have a shirt that was printed by one of your competitors, can you reproduce it? |
| Yes, provided you "own" the design, one of our designers will be able to recreate and enhance it. However, if you do not own the design our designers can create original artwork sure to exceed your expectations! |
