Under supervision of the Administration Manager
Education/Experience: Sufficient formal or informal education to assure the ability to write well, work well with the public and to use simple business math at a level required for successful job performance.
Knowledge of: Operation of computer software; correct English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Skill at: Responding to customers and team members in a professional and pleasant manner; operating computer and computer software; entering data; locating information; making copies; proof reading; taking accurate messages and documenting information: handling money and performing routine clerical work; learning to operate office equipment and learning office procedures; recognizing and maintaining confidentiality of work materials as appropriate and working independently in the absence of supervision.
Essential Job Function: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
